热灌注化疗治疗恶性腹盆腔肿瘤的临床观察

The clinical observation of IPHC treatment in abdomen pelvic cavity cancer

目的:探讨腹盆腔恶性肿瘤热灌注化疗的安全性及疗效。方法:对70例腹盆腔恶性肿瘤进行以顺铂为主的腹腔热灌注化疗。结果:腹盆腔热灌注化疗安全性好,并发症少,适用于晚期腹盆腔恶性肿瘤患者。结论:热灌注化疗对腹盆腔恶性肿瘤肝脏转移及恶性腹水的控制有较好的作用。

Objectlve：To investigate the security and curative effect of IPHC in abdomen pelvic cavity cancer. Method： carrying out IPHC in 70 cases of abdomen pelvic cavity cancer patients. Results： IPHC was safe with few complications, for abdomen pelvic cavity cancer. Conclusion：IPHC has good effect to control liver metabasis and ma- lignant ascites in abdomen pelvic cavity cancer patients
