摘要 解偶联蛋白2(uncoupling protein2,UCP2)是线粒体内膜上的一种蛋白,基因定位于11号染色体上(11q13)上,基因全长8.4kb,有8个外显子。它对线粒体的质子泵(protonpump)有调节的作用。它的调节能够从多种途径减缓,甚至抑制细胞的凋亡(apoptosis)和线粒体的损伤。其原因是UCP2能够减少△Ψm(线粒体跨膜电位)的变化,减少了线粒体Ca2+的沉积和活性氧类(reactive oxygen species,ROS)的产生,减少线粒体通透性转换孔(permeability transition pore,PTP)的开放和细胞色素C的释放。此外,UCP2还能抑制某些因素对NF-κB通路系统的激活,从而阻止细胞的凋亡。
