农民工权益维护与构建和谐社会问题研究

Studying about the Problem of Peasant Laborer Rights and Interests Defendence and Building the Harmonious Society

"农民工"是中国传统户籍制度下的一种特殊产物。农民工权益能否得到维护与保障,这不仅是涉及农民切身利益的问题,更是关系到和谐社会能否建成的关键问题。本文分析了农民工在构建和谐社会中的地位和作用,农民工合法权益存在的问题并提出了和谐社会维护农民工权益问题的思路与对策。

＂The peasant laborer ＂ is a kind of peculiar outcome of Chinese tradition census register system. Whether peasant laborer fights and interests can get the dependence and the guarantee, not only this be the problem relating to peasants＇ immediate interests ,but also be to be related to the question that harmonious society is established or not. The article analyzes peasant laborer＇s position and effect in structuring harmonious society, the problem in peasant laborer lawful rights and interests , furthermore, suggests that train of thought and countermeasure that defends peasant laborer rights and interests in the harmonious society.
