摘要
本文通过对接触72.3dB(A)飞机噪声的学龄儿童进行神经行为测试,结果表明:噪声可引起暴露者的神经行为改变。在均衡了可能的影响因素后显示:暴露组的总分、数字跨度、目标追踪及非利手的圣他·安娜提转捷度试验得分低于对照组且差异有显著性。而Benton视觉保留试验暴露组高于对照组且差异有显著性。数字译码及利手的圣他·安娜敏捷度试验得分两组间差异无显著性。
The effects of exposure to 72.3dB ( A ) aircraft noise on neurobehavior were studied in school-age children by the Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery (NCTB ) . The results indicated that neurobehavior could be changed by the noise. After balancing the ProPable influence factors, it showed that the total marks, namely, Disit Span, Santa Ana Manual Dexterity Test and Pursuit Aimins Test were lower in the noise-exposed group ( P<0.01 and< 0.05) . But the marks of the Benton Visual Retention Test in the noise-exposed group Were statistically higher than the control.
