摘要
结合工程实例,介绍了基于环境振动测试的烟囱结构损伤检测方法及相关研究。首先在现场对烟囱的倾斜、配筋、几何参数及动力特性等相关项目进行检测,然后根据现场测试的资料,利用ANSYS有限元软件建立烟囱的有限元模型并进行模态分析。结果表明,有限元模型模态分析结果与现场动力特性测试数据间的误差很小,可用来进行后续的静动力响应、抗震性能等分析。
Based on engineering case, introduced the inspection method of chimney structure damage in vibration test. First, spot inspection onto the chimney should be done, involved the lean, reinforcing bars, geometric parameter, dynamic response and so on. Then used ANSYA software to build a finite element chimney model, and validated that model by dynamic response data from spot inspection. The result shows that the model analysis results of finite element model can be used into the subsequent earthquake resistance analysis.
