不同氧化应激模式下仔猪血细胞参数变化的比较研究 被引量:10

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同氧化应激源对仔猪血细胞参数变化的影响。试验采用单因子试验设计共分3个处理,每个处理8个重复,每个重复1头仔猪,处理Ⅰ为基础日粮组(含有5%新鲜鱼油),处理Ⅱ的日粮中添加5%的过氧化物值(POV)为786.50 meq/kg的氧化鱼油,处理Ⅲ的仔猪在饲喂基础日粮的同时,于腹腔注射12 mg/kg的敌快死(diquat)。结果表明,试验第14天,处理Ⅱ的红细胞记数(red blood cell count,RBC)和处理Ⅲ的血红蛋白含量(hemoglobin,HGB)显著低于处理Ⅰ(P<0.05),处理Ⅱ的HGB和处理Ⅲ的RBC极显著低于处理Ⅰ(P<0.01);试验第26天,处理Ⅱ和处理Ⅲ的RBC、HGB均较处理Ⅰ极显著下降(P<0.01)。处理Ⅱ在第26天和处理Ⅲ在第14天时血小板数量分别较处理Ⅰ显著(P<0.05)和极显著(P<0.01)的下降。第14天时,处理Ⅲ的白细胞数量比处理Ⅰ显著上升(P<0.05);第26天时,处理Ⅲ的白细胞数量和中性粒细胞相对百分比显著高于处理Ⅰ(P<0.05)。综合分析认为,氧化鱼油和敌快死可使断奶仔猪红细胞参数、血小板参数和淋巴细胞数量下降,而中性粒细胞数量上升。与氧化鱼油引起的氧化应激程度相比,由diquat引起的应激程度更强一些。 Effects of oxidative stress on blood cell parameters of weanling pigs were studied. A total of 24 weanling pigs were divided into three treatments. Eight pigs were randomly assigned to one of the three treatments (5% fresh fish oil group, 5% oxidative fish oil group, diquat group). The experiment lasted for 26 days. The results showed that red cell blood count in group Ⅱ and hemoglobin in group Ⅲ were significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ on the 14^th day(P〈0.05), hemoglobin in group Ⅱ and red blood cell count in group Ⅲ were significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ on the 14^th day(P〈0.05) ; red blood cell count and hemoglobin in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ on the 26^th day(P〈 0.01). The number of platelet in group Ⅱ on the 26^th day and in group Ⅲ on the 14^th day were significantly lower (P〈 0. 05)and significantly lower (P〈0.01) than that in group Ⅰ. The number of white blood cell in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that on group Ⅰ on the 14^th day (P〈0.05) ; the relative percentage of neutrophil and the number of white blood cell in group Ⅲ were significantly higher than that on group Ⅰ on the 26^th day(P〈0.05). In conclusion, red cell parameters, platelet parameters and the number of lymphocyte were decreased by treatments of oxidized fish oil and diquat, but the number of neutrophil was increased by these two treatments. Compared with the effects of oxidized fish oil, those of diquat were stronger.
