摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加α-亚麻酸(ALA)对蛋鸡载脂蛋白B(apoB)和血脂的影响。选取210日龄海兰褐蛋鸡150只,随机分为6个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复5只鸡。采用单因素试验设计,日粮中分别添加0(对照组)、0.5%、1.0%、2.0%、3.0%和4.0%ALA。试验期4周。结果表明,添加ALA显著降低了各试验组第4周血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)含量(P<0.05)。4.0%ALA组各周血清apoB的含量显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),而第2周肝脏中apoB的含量极显著增加(P<0.01)。结论:饲粮中添加ALA能降低血脂水平,增加肝脏apoB的含量。
A signal factor design was employed to explore the effects of α-linolenic acid (ALA) on the apoB and blood fat content in laying hens. One hundred fifty 210-day-old Hyline brown laying hens were randomly divided into 6 treatments with 5 replicates of 5 laying hens each. The dietary level of ALA was 0 (the control group), 0.5%, 1.0%, 2.0%, 3.0% and 4.0% respectively. The trial lasted for 4 weeks. The results showed that the supplementation of ALA reduced significantly serum triglycerol (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL-C) content in the 4^th week (P〈0.05). The serum apoB content of 4.0% ALA group in every week significantly was decreased (P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01). ApoB content in the liver of 4.0% ALA group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.01). In summary, ALA supplementation in diet can decrease the blood fat content and increase the apoB content in the liver.
