维生素E对育成金定鸭生长及免疫和抗氧化指标的影响

Effects of Vitamin E on Growth,Immunity and Antioxidant Indices in Growing Ducks

本研究选择4周龄健康的、平均体重（0．45±0．01）kg的金定蛋鸭216只，随机分为6个处理组，每个处理组设6个重复，每个重复6只蛋鸭，分别饲喂VE含量为0、10、15、20、40、100IU／kg的日粮，以探讨不同VE添加水平对蛋鸭育成期生长、免疫与抗氧化指标的影响。试验结果表明：①育成蛋鸭的饲粮中添加15、20IU／kg VE时，可提高蛋鸭的生长性能及血清和肝脏中总抗氧化能力（T-AOC）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）与谷胱甘肽过氧化酶（GSH—Px）的活性，其中血清SOD的活性显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），肝脏中丙二醛（MDA）的含量显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）；②当饲粮中添加15、20IU／kgVE时，血清中的免疫球蛋白（IgG、IgM）、白细胞介素-2（IL-2）和甲状腺素（T3）的浓度较高，皮质醇（Cort）的浓度较低，但各试验组差异不显著（P〉0．05）；③饲粮中添加高剂量（100IU／kg）的VE时，蛋鸭的生长性能有所下降，并且免疫和抗氧化能力也出现不同程度的降低。综合分析，在蛋鸭育成期的基础日粮中添加15-20IU／kg的VE，可明显的提高其生长性能，改善机体的免疫与抗氧化机能。

In order to study the effects of different levels of VE on growth performance, immunity and antioxidant indices in growing ducks, 216 healthy Jin-Ding ducks with an average weight of （0.45±0.01） kg were used and randomly divided into 6 treatments with 6 replicates, and each replicate comprised 6 ducks. All the ducks were fed with corn-soybean meal basal diets supplemented 0, 10, 15, 20, 40 and 100 IU/kg VE, respectively. The results showed that the growth performance was enhanced, and serum and liver SOD, GSH-Px and T-AOC activity were increased when supplementing 15 and 20 IU/kg VE in ducks diet. Addition of 15 and 20 IU/kg VE in diet had significantly higher SOD activity than those addition of 0 IU/kg VE in serum （P〈0.05）, and addition of 15 and 20 IU/kg VE in diet had significantly lower MDA activity than those addi- tion of 0 IU/kg VE in liver （P〈0.05）. When supplementing 15 and 20 IU/kg VE, the concentrations of serum IgG, IgM, IL-2 and T3 were increased and the concentration of serum Cort was decreased, but there were no significant differences among treatments （P〉0.05）. The growth performance, immunity and antioxidant ability decreased when adding higher doze （100 IU/kg）VE. It was concluded that adding 15-20 IU/kg VE in the duck diet could improve the growth performance, immunity and antioxidant ability to some degree.
