摘要
本试验旨在研究丙氨酰谷氨酰胺(Ala—Gln)对断奶仔猪生长及抗氧化能力的影响。试验选择经产母猪产的大x长二元杂交仔猪48头(公母各占1/2),21d断奶,按公母比例一致,同窝次均分的原则,随机分成4个处理,每个处理12个重复,每个重复1头猪。A组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;B、C和D组为试验组,分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0.1%、0.3%和0.5%Ala—Gin的Et粮。试验结果表明,随日粮Ala—Gin添加水平提高,21~31d时,仔猪的平均日增重以二次曲线方式提高(P=0.04),31~41d和21-41d时,仔猪的平均日增重均以线性方式提高(P=0.07和P=0.05);31d时,添加0.5%的Ala—Gin显著降低仔猪血清尿素氮(BUN)含量(P〈0.05),且随着日粮Ala—Gin添加水平提高,仔猪BUN含量以线性方式降低(P=0.06);添加Ala—Gin对仔猪血清过氧化氢酶(cAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力、总抗氧化能力(T—AOC)和血清丙二醛(MDA)含量均有不同程度的影响,其中添加0.1%、0.3%和0.5%的Ala-Gin均显著提高仔猪血清GSH-Px活力(P〈0.05),且在31和41d时,血清GSH—Px活力以线性方式升高(P=0.01和P=0.05)。结果提示,断奶仔猪日粮中添加Ala—Gin能促进体内蛋白质合成,提高血清抗氧化能力,促进仔猪生长。
This trial was conducted to study the effects of alanyl-glutamine (Ala-Gln) on growth and serum antioxidant ability of weaned piglets. Forty eight crossbred Landrace x Yorkshire weaned piglets (half male, half female) at the age of 21 days. were selected and randomly allocate to 4 treatment groups with 12 replicates each. Group A (control) was fed the basal diet and group B, C and D as three trial groups were fed the basal diet added 0.1%, 0.3% and 0.5% Ala-Gln, respectively. The results showed that average daily gain significantly increased in a quadratic fashion (quadratic, P = 0.04) at the age of 21-31 days and increased by linear form (linear, P = 0.07 and P = 0.05) at the age of 31-41 days and 21-41 days with Ala-Gln supplementation levels increasing. Level of serum urea nitrogen (BUN) significantly decreased (P〈0.05) with adding 0.5% Ala-Gln, and level of BUN decreased (linear, P = 0.06) at the age of 31 days with Ala-Gln supplementation levels increasing. Serum catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activity,total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and level of serum malondialdehyde (MDA) were affected by adding Ala-Gln. GSH-Px activity significantly increased (P〈 0.05) with adding 0.1%, 0.3% and 0.5% Ala-Gln. With Ala-Gln supplementation levels increasing, serum GSH-Px activity increased (linear, P = 0.01 and P = 0.05) at the age of 31 and 41 days. In conclusion, addition Ala-Gln could improve protein synthesis and growth performance, and increase serum antioxidant ability in weaned piglets.
