竹荪提取液对砷中毒小鼠免疫功能的保护作用 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨竹荪提取液对As2O3引起小鼠免疫毒性的防护作用。方法:建立As2O3急性砷中毒模型小鼠,研究竹荪提取液对小鼠体重、脏器系数、总补体溶血活性(CH50)、淋巴细胞增殖、巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果:与正常对照组相比,砷中毒组小鼠体重、脏器指数无明显改变;CH50、淋巴细胞增殖、巨噬细胞吞噬率及吞噬指数明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01);与砷中毒组相比,竹荪治疗低剂量组小鼠体重、脏器指数、CH50、淋巴细胞增殖、巨噬细胞吞噬率及吞噬指数无明显改变化;竹荪治疗高剂量组除小鼠体重、脏器指数无明显改变外,CH50、淋巴细胞增殖、巨噬细胞吞噬率及吞噬指数明显升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:竹荪提取液对AsO引起的砷中毒小鼠的免疫毒性有一定的保护作用。 Objective: To investigate the protective effects possibly exist in extract from Dictyophora (EXD) on immunosystem of mice against the injury caused by As203. Methods: Acute immunotoxicity model of mice was made with As203. The effect of EXD on body weight, organ indexes, total he- molysin complement levels (CH50), lymphocyte accruing rates, and macrophocyte mice were observed. Results: In acute experiment, there was no significant difference phagocytosis of of body weight or organ indexes between the normal control and arsenic poisoning groups;while the CH50 level, lym- phocyte accruing rate, phagocytosis rate and macrophagocyte index in arsenic poisoning group were significantly lower (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ) than those in normal group. There was no significant difference of body weight or organ index between arsenic poisoning group and EXD ( 10 g) treated arsenic poisoning group, while CH50, lymphocyte accruing rate, phagocytosis rate, and mavrophocyte index were significantly higher in EXD (10 g) treated arsenic poisoning group than those in arsenic poisoning group (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0. 01 ). In EXD (5 g) treated arsenic poisoning group, results of all the tested indexes were the same as those of arsenic poisoning group. Conclusion: EXD has some protective effects to experimental mice against acute immunotoxicity caused by arsenic poisoning.
