摘要
研究了培养基、温度、pH值和光照对苹果轮纹病菌分生孢子器产生的影响。结果表明,苹果轮纹病菌分生孢子器的产生最适宜的培养基是燕麦粉琼脂培养基,PDA和PSA培养基产生分生孢子器的数量较少;最适温度为25℃,最适pH为7。紫外灯与日光灯交替照射有利于分生孢子器的形成,黑暗条件下不能形成成熟的分生孢子器。
In the paper, the influence of the different culture medium, the temperature, the pH value and light on pycnidium production of physalospora piricola was studied. The results showed that the optimum medium is the oat flour and agar medium , and the number of pycnidium produced on PDA and PSA media is less;the optimum temperature is 25℃, and the optimum pH value is 7 for pycnidi- um production of physalospora piricola. The alternate irradiation of ultraviolet lamp and daylight lamp is favorable for production of pycnidium,and mature pycnidium couldn't form in dark condition.
