3个天然香豆素的合成及选择性清塘试验

摘要 用Wittig法合成了3个天然香豆素,试验条件为取代邻羟基苯甲醛10 mmol,三苯基膦20 mmol,氯乙酸乙酯22 mmol,反应温度80℃,时间1 h。这3个香豆素中,8-甲氧基香豆素和6-羟基香豆素具有潜在的选择性清塘应用价值。 Three natural coumarins were synthesized via in situ Wittig reaction of salicylaldehydes, triphenylphosphine and chloroethylacetate in satisfactory yields in solvent of ethanol condition. The optimum amount of salicylaldehydes are 10 mmol, triphenylphosphine 20 mmol and chloroethylacetate 22 mmol,the mixture was heated to 80 ℃ and the main reaction was conducted in 1 h. Experiments of killing fish show that 8-methoxy-2H-ehromen-2-one and 6-hydroxy-2H-chromen-2-one have the potential use of selecive pond cleaning.
