摘要
90°弯式连接器自动加工机可在胶料、排针振动上料的前提下,完成排针在塑料胶料中的插入、90°弯曲、固定以及产品检测等一系列动作,实现连接器的自动加工。其控制系统采用可编程控制器,大大提高了系统的可靠性、柔性,运行更加稳定;操作系统采用触摸屏,显示直观,操作简易,并且增加了系统自测功能,为设备的操作及维护提供了便利条件。
90° bending connector automatic processing machine can perform a series of actions such as the top pin's insert into the plastic materials,90° bending and fixing so that the automatic processing of connector can be fulfilled. PLC is applied in the control system so that the stability and flexibility are greatly improved and the operation is more stable. The touch screen is applied in the operation system with a audio-visual display and easy operation so that the system self-rated function can be improved and more convenience is available for the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
