煤粉惰化设计回转式干燥工艺的研究与应用

摘要 介绍了一种煤粉的惰化干燥处理工艺研究。采用加压或抽真空惰化情况下惰化次数的计算方法和采用通流惰化情况下惰化时间的计算公式,提出了一种惰化设计干燥工艺,用氮气作为载湿气体在煤粉干燥中能最大限度地避免易燃爆炸的发生。同时,实践也证明此种回转干燥工艺简单,运转稳定,适合干燥煤粉。 A kind of drying process of lnerting research is showed in the paper. With pressurized or vacuum inerting circumstances inerting method of calculating the number of flow and inerting circumstances lazy time of the calculation formula, a inerting drying process is designed. Using nitrogen gas as the gas of contain wetlands for Coal dry , it can be protected against flammable explosion occurred for maximum. At the same time, the practice has proved that such a simple rotary drying process is suitable for dry pulverized coal with the functioning of stability.
