国际工程中跨文化管理的探索 被引量：2

摘要 在当今全球化的趋势下,我国建筑企业经营的国际化已经成为一种重要的经营模式。在国际工程的管理过程中,由于各国的文化差异会给工程管理带来很大的难度。因此,管理者在国际工程管理中必须实施跨文化管理的策略以利于工程的顺利实施。
