蒲石河抽水蓄能电站位于辽宁宽甸满族自治县境内，距丹东市约66km，是我国东北拟建中的第一座大型抽水蓄能电站。蒲石河抽水蓄能电站总装机容量120万kW，年平均发电量18．6亿kW，总工期70个月，主体工程工期59个月，预计第一台机组2010年1月1日开始发电。

Pu shihe hydroelectric power station,which located in Liaoning province and is about 66 km from Dandong city,is the first large pumped- storage power station constructed by plan in Northeast of China.It is expected to build for about 70 months.The capability is 1.2 million kW,the power output of the average annual is 1.86 billion kW.The first machinery set will work in 2010. The sinohydro engineering bureau 6 undertakes the construction of the underground workshop system,conveyance system and branch-hole construction,they have an abundant experience in using and purchasing the equipment,especially the experience of their overseas construction is worthwhile to the enterprise who wants to enter the overseas market.
