摘要
航空发动机燃烧室出口温度的高低及出口温度场的均匀程度,直接影响到发动机的工作寿命和输出功率的大小;针对航空发动机燃烧室的出口温度较高,应变测量极为困难的特点,首先对高温应变计及应变计的改进方法进行了研究;通过对几类应变测量方法的研究和对比,分析了各自的优缺点并给出了具体的测量方法及相应的应变计改进措施;最后,给出FeCrAl应变片的试验结果,对比了Kanthal A-1应变片和中国应变片的表面应变随温度的变化曲线。
The aero--engine combustion outlet temperature makes a strong impact on the life of engine and the power of the engine output. Because the temperature of the aero engine combustion room is very high, the measuring method is very difficult. The high temperature strain gauge and its improving methods have been discussed. Depending on several measuring methods and their contrast, their virtues, flaws and the concretely measuring method were given. The testing outcome of strain gauge FeCrAl was given in the end, the curve of Kanthai A-1 and China strain gauge which changes with the temperature is given also.
