摘要
随着仪器与系统硬件的不断完善以及新的仪器设计思想的发展,软件的重要性变得越来越突出;针对电路板故障诊断的要求,采用先进仿真软件与系统硬件结合的技术,介绍了一种基于LASAR仿真软件的板级自动测试方法,分析了先进的LASAR仿真软件,研究了应用该软件开发测试程序的流程,结合系统硬件完成了对包含复杂可编程逻辑器件(PLDs)电路板的动态自动测试;经验证,该方法能够实现复杂电路板的引脚级故障诊断,有效降低了电路板的维修测试费用,缩短了维修周期;基于LASAR仿真软件开发的程序有较好的可移植性,因而具有广泛的应用价值。
With the development of system hardware and new thought on equipment design, the importance of software becomes more and more outstanding. According to the demand of diagnoses on circuit boards which contain LSI/VLSI, this paper develops a new technology which based on the advanced software combined with the system hardware, a new automatic testing method which based on LASAR software is introduced, the ad- vanced LASAR software is analyzed, the flow of using LASAR to develop test program is researched, the dynamic testing of complex circuit board combined with system hardware is achieved through this method. The result shows that, the method can realize circuit board diagnosing on pin- level, by using this method, the cost of maintenance and test can be reduced, and the period of maintenance can be shortened. The test program devel- opped on LASAR software can be transplanted easily, so it will be applied in more fields widely.
