摘要
电网电能质量的监测是保证供电质量的首要任务,为了提高电网电能质量的监测快速性和电能质量信息获取的便捷性,提出了采用分层式拓扑结构的电能质量在线监测与保护系统;分析了它的拓扑结构及其关键技术,结合瞬时功率理论和自适应预测算法提高谐波检测的快速性,并利用B/S与C/S兼容的浏览器结构实现对电能质量的便捷数据查询与管理,提供良好的人机交互界面;采用该方案的系统已经成功在广东某电厂投运,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了电厂的管理水平,提高了监控运行维护效率。
The primary role to improve power quality is to monitor the power quality of power grid. The paper proposed a power quality monitoring and protecting system which adopts a hierarchical structure. In the monitoring and protecting system, the harmonic extracting method based on instantaneous reactive power theory and self--adapted forecast arithmetic is proposed to improve the extracting speed, and a browser interface combined B/S and C/S structure is proposed to provide a convenient data querying and data management.
