摘要 提出了一种基于预测法的超声波测距方法,采用预测法实现超声波回波信号时间的检测,有效抑制了干扰回波信号和回波信号噪音的影响,显著提高了回波信号检测的可靠性和测量精度;采用ATmega8微处理器实现了预测法回波信号检测,并实现高精度的温度补偿的超声波测距装置,文中详细介绍了电路框图和软件流程图;实践证明具有测量精度高、对干扰回波的抑制能力强,满足了工业测距的要求。 This paper introduces an ultrasonic ranging method based on forecasting method. This method researches echo detecting by the means of forecasting method with inhibiting the influence of disturbing echo and noise in the echo wave, while improving the reliability and measuring accuracy of the detecting. The ultrasonic ranging device with forecasting method has been carried out in the micro--processor Atmega8 with high precision temperature compensation. The circuit and software has been discussed in detail. Experiment indicates that the measuring precision of ultrasonic ranging is higher and it has high ability to suppress influence of the disturbing echo to meet the needs of the industry.
