摘要
通过正交试验法,采用动电位扫描技术研究了温度、溶解氧(DO)和pH值等环境因素对X70管线钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中电化学行为的影响。结果表明,温度、溶解氧和pH值都对X70管线钢在模拟溶液中的腐蚀电流密度影响较大;溶解氧对X70管线钢在模拟溶液中腐蚀电流密度影响最大;在低温缺氧弱酸性环境的条件下,X70管线钢在模拟溶液中腐蚀程度小,应力腐蚀开裂敏感性大。
Potentiodynamic polarization measurement was used to study the effects of temperature, dissolved oxygen con-centration and pH value on the electrochemical behavior of X70 pipeline steel in simulated Ku'erle soil solution by orthogonal testing method. The results show that the temperature, dissolved oxygen concentration and pH value have great influence on the corrosion current density( ico~) of )(70 pipeline steel. The corrosion current density of the X70 pipeline steel is most influenced by dissolved oxygen concentration in simulated solution. The eorrosion degree of XT0 pipeline steel in simulated solution is lower under the environment of low temperature, oxygen deficit and weak acid that easily cause localized corrosion initiating stress corrosion cracking.
