摘要
采用热膨胀仪、金相显微镜与维氏硬度计对轿车前悬挂前后控制臂HN2154高氮非调质钢的过冷奥氏体在不同冷速条件下的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT)进行了测定,观察和测试了该试验钢在不同冷却条件下的组织与性能。结果表明,所测定的CCT曲线的可靠性已经得到实际工业生产的验证。
Based on dilatometry, metallography and vickers hardness determination, the continuous cooling transformation diagram(CCT) of the undereooled austenite was determined for high nitrogen non-quenched and tempered steel HN2154 applied in pre and post control arms of automobile front suspensions. The microstructure and properties of this steel under different cooling conditions were observed and tested. The results indicate that the reliability of this curve has been verified by industrial applying.
