摘要
对汽车后桥主动锥齿轮剥落原因进行了分析。分析发现,齿轮存在渗层偏薄、硬度偏低、渗层晶界被削弱等缺陷。因此,在齿面非正常接触导致齿顶接触应力过大的情况下,该齿轮发生了早期疲劳剥落。
The peeling reason of the driving bevel gear of auto rear-axle was analyzed. The results show that there are several kinds of defects exist in the gear,such as the thiner carburized layer, the lower hardness of the carburized layer and the weakened grain boundary of the carburized layer, etc. Due to the above mentioned defects, early fatigue peeling occurs under the condition of overly contact stress at the top of the tooth caused by abnormal contact at the tooth surface.
