The heat treatment in thermal power construction industry was compared with that in manufacture industry and the status of the heat treatment in thermal power construction industry was expounded. The quality control of heat treat- ment was analyzed from six aspects： personnel, equipment, material, methods, environment and measurement, together with relevant regulations.
