摘要
以环戊烷做发泡剂,以密度作为考察指标,研究了硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温塑料的发泡工艺.通过正交实验确定了发泡工艺条件为:常温发泡,各原料的最佳配比为环戊烷∶水∶硅油∶三乙醇胺=100∶20∶10∶6,所得产品密度为37.84 kg/m3,导热系数为0.0331 W.(m.K)-1,10%压缩强度为179 kPa,热变形量为0.63%.并对制备的聚氨酯泡沫塑料进行扫描电镜分析,探讨环戊烷发泡聚氨酯泡沫的形貌.
Polyurethane foam plastic foam is studied in this paper, during this process, cyclopentane is foaming agent and density is indicators. Orthogonal experiments foaming process conditions as follows: room temperature; the best ratio of Water, silicone and triethanolamine is 100:20: 10:6; the density of product is 37.84 kg/m^3;thermal thermal deformation is conductivity coefficient is 0.0331w/(mK) ; 10% compressive strength is 179kPa and 0.63%. the morphology of product is analysised by scanning electron microscope.
