多功能复合材料结构模型研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON COMPOSITE STRUCTURE MODELS FOR HYPERVELOCITY IMPACT RESISTANCE

摘要 根据超高速碰撞破坏原理,对抗动能多功能复合材料的结构模型进行了试验研究,并设计了几种结构模型.实验表明,所提出的陶瓷基复合材料迎击面加固防护层、多孔复合基体缓冲层和Kevlar织物增强环氧树脂结构层等试验模型具有良好的抗超高速撞击功能. The new composite structure models for hypervelocity impact resistance were provided based on the rule of dynamic wreck damage. Several materials system including dual -wall configurations, energy absorption porous materials, fiber-reinforced ceramic matrix composites and epoxy matrix composites were experimentally investigated, the concept of structural pressure wall models with multifunctional was provided to prevent the perforation against hypervelocity impact.
