基于语言信息处理的蔬菜示范基地评估研究

摘要 针对良好农业规范在蔬菜示范基地实施中,技术专家的评价信息集结时存在很大程度的主观性,语言评价信息易损失和扭曲等问题,以山东省3个备案蔬菜种植基地的评价和选择为例进行了实证研究。提出了一种基于语言信息的多指标群体综合评价方法,根据良好农业规范标准构建了蔬菜基地的评价指标体系,统计了3个基地的评价信息,将语言信息转换为二元语义形式,通过建立优化模型并求解得到各基地的群体综合评价结果,并对结果进行分析,进行基地的评价和选择。研究表明以上方法可以有效地将语言评价信息进行集结,避免信息损失和集结结果的不精确性,该方法具有计算简单和语言信息集结结果准确等特点,将促进良好农业规范标准的推广和应用,实现农产品安全管理的目标。 In the application of Good Agriculture Practice (GAP) to the vegetable demonstration bases, there is more subjectivity in the aggregation of linguistic evaluation information from the experts. In order to solve the loss and distortion, this research is illustrated by an example relevant to the agricultural product safety evaluation on three export spinach sites that are put on records in Shandong Province. A comprehensive multi-attribute group decision-making approach based on linguistic information processing was proposed, an agricultural product safety evaluation index system was put forward according GAP standard, the statistical evaluation data were gathered from GAP experts, and they are transformed into two-tuple linguistic information representation, then a decision-making model was developed to obtain the values from comprehensive group evaluation, further, sites selection and decision making can be achieved on the basis of above analysis. The above research indicates that the linguistic information can be effectively aggregated with less loss. Therefore, the proposed approach is computationally simple, which will promote the extension and application of GAP, and realize the target of agricultural product safety.
