深圳GDP的高速增长促使环境拐点的提前到来,环境拐点的到来为深圳加快经济社会发展模式的转换带来了机遇和挑战。在绿色核算体系的视角下,深圳GDP高速增长的环境成本代价高昂。充分利用环境拐点的有利时机,集中进行污染顽症治理攻坚,加大环境资源保护力度,科学规划可持续发展目标,调整产业结构,推进人、社会和自然的和谐,探索和实践绿色GDP核算,构成了深圳新一轮经济和社会改革发展创新的基本标识。
Shenzhen＇s high GDP growth accelerated th e arrival of environment inflexion point, which brings new challenges and opportunities for Shenzhen＇s transformation of economic and societal development mode. Under green GDP accounting, Shenzhen bears high environmental costs for high GDP growth. Shenzhen＇s new round of economic and societal transformation and innovation is characterized by leveraging the favorable inflexion point timing, concentrating on resolving pollution complications, reinforcing environmental protection, planning for sustainable development ob jectives, adjusting industrial structure, promoting harmony among human beings, society and nature, exploring and implementing green GDP accounting.
