The contributions of economic and social d evelopment from Migrant labors are great but the real instance of it is that the increase of total GDP is not synchronous with the amount creasing of technological of the labors due to the inelement and quality of labors. Paying more attention to the investment and exploitation of labor resources for exploiting their potentials and improving their quality are very important contents in the transformation of economic growth mode in Shenzhen. The random investigation of the basic situation of the migrant labors in Shenzhen was taken in order to demonstrate the relationship between quality of the migrant labors and transformation of the economic growth mode. and the relative thinking of improving migrant labors quality was put forward.
