摘要
本文针对多数民营企业人才退出中存在的问题,详细阐述了民营企业人才退出所引发的各种成本以及存在的收益,揭示了人才退出中成本与收益的关系,并为民营企业人才退出的退出率问题提出了探讨性的建议和思路。
This paper is about the majority of personnel from private enterprises in the existing problems, elaborated on private enterprise personnel's withdrawal arising from the various costs and the proceeds,and revealed the talents of the costs and benefits from the relationship, as well as the discussion of the recommendations and ideas, which is about the withdrawal of personnel from the exist rate issue for the private enterprise.
