摘要
我国现行婚姻法对夫妻共同财产的界定不甚清晰,离婚财产分割时对夫妻共同财产中无形财产收益及家务劳动等无酬劳动收益认识不足,有必要将婚姻中的无形财产纳入夫妻共同财产范围进行分割,这样才能保障夫妻合法财产权益,体现法律的平等与公正。
The oresent definition of marriage property and partition of divorce property tell little about unoaid labor, sucn as intangible oroperty and housework. There are sufficient reasons to request bringing intangible property into community property, so that the husband and wife＇s property rights Can oe guaranteed, equal and fair.
