摘要
本文分析了外资在制造业大规模并购对我国经济产生的积极影响和消极影响,提出了尽早完善我国外资并购立法、构建我国产业安全法律屏障的对策和建议。
This paper identifies the Dositive and negative influence of cross-border mergers aria acauisitions in China＇s manufacturing. Countermeasures and suggestions about establishing ana Derfecting China＇s law system of M＆A have been put forward on the corresponding analysis.
