摘要
近年来,民族品牌在合资企业中被外商收购或丧失自主经营权的事例屡见不鲜。本文以可口可乐并购汇源果汁为例,分析跨国公司并购我国民族品牌的动因。跨国公司试图垄断中国市场的恶意并购,将给中国经济和企业带来了不利影响,我们必须提高警惕,严加防范,并制定相应的对策。
In recent years, many national brands in the joint-venture corporations were acquired by foreign companies, or vanished the independent management authority, This essay makes a thorough research on the disappearance of national brands in joint-venture corporations and analyzes the causes and influences of home-brand joint ventures. Then, the author puts forward the countermeasures of creating Chinese own homebrands which will be helpful for the development of Chinese brands.
