Fuzzy inventory model with defective rate and shortage backordering

摘要 研究了考虑缺陷率和缺货的模糊库存模型.将缺货量、缺陷率和其他变量作为模糊数,提出了一种考虑缺陷率和缺货的模糊经济订货批量模型,以确定经济订货批量,并使得年总成本最小.最后利用实验仿真验证了模型,并分析了缺陷率对经济订货批量和总成本的影响. In order to dealing with the problem of product defective rate and backorder which were neglected in many inventory models, this paper develops an optimal fuzzy inventory model for items with defective rate and shortage backordering. The shortage quantity and the defective rate and other factors are treated as trapezoidal fuzzy number. The objective of our model is to determine the optimal order quantity to minimize the total cost. The effect of defective rate on economic order quantity and total cost is studied while numerical simulation and analysis are providing for the developed model.
