甲状腺机能亢进患者的心电图分析

Analysis of electrocardiographic changes in 85 patients with hyperthyroidism

目的探讨甲状腺机能亢进(甲亢)患者的心电图表现。方法对85例甲亢患者心电图资料进行分析,85例性别、年龄匹配的健康体检者作为正常对照。结果甲亢患者心电图异常改变76例(89.41%),正常对照组心电图异常改变为16例(18.82%),二者差异有统计学意义(p<0.001)。甲亢患者心电图改变以窦速、ST-T改变、房颤为主。结论甲亢患者心电图异常发生率较高,多表现为窦速、ST-T改变、房颤。

Objective To investigate the relationship between hyperthyroidism and electrocardiographic（ECG） abnormality. Methods To analyse ECG changes in 85 patients with hyperthyroidism and 85 healthy people as control group. Results 76 cases with hyperthyroidism had abnormal ECG. The most frequent abnormality was sinus tachycardia, ST-T abnormal changes.There were 16 eases with abnormal ECG in control group. The incidence of abnormal in patients with hyperthyroidism was higher than normal control（89.41% VS 18.82%,p〈0.001）. Conclusion The patients with hyperthyroidism had high rates of abnormal ECG, the most frequent abnormality was sinus tachycardia,ST-T abnormal changes.
