在分析和认识我国信息与文献标准化工作现状及存在问题的基础上,探讨我国信息与文献标准体系框架的构建依据、原则、构建目标及标准体系框架的层次结构,提出我国信息与文献标准体系分4个基本层次,即基础标准层、通用标准层、专用标准层和工作标准层,并构建信息与文献标准体系总框架。

This paper discusses the construction idea, principles, goal and the standard system framework structure for China＇ s information and documentation, based on analyzing and understanding the present conditions and existing problems of China＇ s information and documentation standardization. The authors put up that the standard system of China＇ s information and documentation includes four layers, which are foundation standard, universal standard, specialty standard and work standard, and also establish framework structure of standard system for information and documentation.
