摘要
剖析Swee提出的影响企业内部知识有效传播的主要因素综合框架,对主要因素之间的作用机制进行梳理。阐述实践社区与正式组织形式之间的重要区别以及实践社区内部成员间的高度信任感、自发性、良好沟通性等特征。在对影响实践社区内部知识传播的人际关系和个人因素进行理论分析的基础上,构建影响因素之间关系的概念模型,并针对组织如何有效管理实践社区内部的知识传播活动进行探讨。
This paper analyzes the Swee' s comprehensive framework which elaborates the main factors that influence effective knowledge transfer in an organization. It introduces some differences between the community of practice and formal organizations, and the characteristics such as high trust, spontaneity, well-communication among its members. On the basis of theoretical analysis of interpersonal and individual factors which affect knowledge transfer in the community of practice, this paper constructs the conceptual model which shows the relations among influential factors and provides some strategies for organizations on how to manage knowledge transfer well in the community of practice.
