网络数据库综合评估指标研究与应用

Research and Application on Evaluation Criteria for Network Database

针对当前网络数据库的评价需求,指出网络数据库评价的必要性。通过大量文献调研,对国内外网络数据库评价做比较分析研究,结合特尔菲专家调查法和指数标度改造的层次分析法,提出一种全新的网络数据库评价方法,建立起一套客观、科学、合理的综合性评价指标体系,并利用这套网络数据库评价指标体系,对国内外9个网络数据库进行实证分析。

Aiming at the evaluation needs of network database, this paper points out the necessity to evaluate network database. It makes an analysis and comparison research on the evaluation systems of Chinese and foreign network database through much investigation. Integrating with Delphi and AHP （Analytic Hierarchy Process）, it suggests a new method to evaluate network database, and establishes an objective, scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system for network database. This paper lastly makes the empirical analysis on nine home and foreign network databases by using this evaluation index systerm.
