摘要
镁合金在熔炼及加工过程中必需采取一定的防止熔体氧化燃烧措施。详细介绍了镁合金熔体气体保护的防燃机理和优缺点,替代或减少SF_6气体、减少环境污染、提高气体保护的防燃效果是目前的研究重点,含氟有机化合物有望成为未来镁合金熔体的高效无污染保护气体。
In the melting and handling processes of magnesium alloys, it is necessary to protect the molten from oxidation and burning by use of a protective method. The mechanism, advantages and disadvantage of gas protection on molten magnesium alloys are introduced in detail in the paper. The recent research works focus on replacing or reducing SF6 gas, reducing environment pollution and improving the effect of gas protection. The fluorine containing organic compounds would be the effective and clean protective gas for molten magnesium alloys in the future.
