双组分纺粘法非织造布热轧粘合工艺优化

摘要 通过正交试验,采用方差分析法,探讨了双组分纺粘法非织造布的热轧粘合工艺,得出温度、时间及压力3个热轧工艺参数的配合对纵横向断裂强度、弯曲刚度的影响,找出最优的工艺参数。 By orthogonal layout and variance analysis, the calender bonding technology of bicomponent spunbonded nonwovens was introduced. Temperature, heating time and linear pressure of calendar are three key factors, which have great effect on the quality of the bicomponent spunbonded nonwovens. The impact of those three parameters on the vertical and horizontal breaking strength and bending rigidity of the nonwovens were discussed. And the optimal parameters were found out.
