不同产地滇龙胆中龙胆苦苷的含量测定

Determination of Gentiopicroside of Gentiana rigescens Franch. From Different Regions of Yunnan

目的：测定滇龙胆巾龙胆苦苷的含量，提供其种质资源及药材质量评价、种植区划规划的依据。方法：用高效液相色谱方法测定不同产地滇龙胆中龙胆苦苷的含量，并根据测定结果进行品质评价。结果：不同产地46个滇龙胆样品中龙胆苦苷的含量在2．11％～8．24％之间，平均含量4．77％．结论：滇龙胆有效成分含量高，足我省品质优良的道地药材；滇龙胆种植规划应优先考虑昆明、红河、文山、楚雄、玉溪、临沧等地。

Objective： To analysis gentiopicroside content of Gentiana rigescens Franch. and to provide the data of idioplasmatie and medicinal appraisement for the planting programming. Method： To determine the gentiopicroside content of Gentiana rigescens Franch. from different regions of Yunnan Province by HPLC method, and to evaluate the idioptasmatie and medicinal quality by means of the analyais. Results： The gentiopieroside content in the 46 samples of C, entiana rigescens Franch. was in the range of 2. 11% - 8.24% , and the average is 4.77%. Conclusion： Gentiana rigescens Franeh. was excellently native medicinal plant in Yunnan Province. The plantig programming of Gentiana rigescens Franch. in Yunnan Province should be given priority in the administration area of Kunming City, Honghe state, Wenshan State, Chuxiong State, Yuxi City and Lincang district etc.
