从疮疡论治慢性前列腺炎的临床研究

The Clinical Study of Chronic Prostatitis from Ulcer and Sore Theory

目的:观察从疮疡论治慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选择患者180人,随机分为从疮疡论治组(治疗组)、从湿热论治组和从瘀血论治组(后两组为对照组),治疗组按从疮疡论治原则,分别以前列腺消毒方、前列腺托毒方、前列腺扶正法治之,对照组则分别以八正散加减、前列腺汤加减治疗。三组均同时配合抗生素口服治疗。6周后观察疗效。结果:在总体疗效、症状疗效和实验室疗效方面,治疗组的痊愈率分别为37%、40%、38%,均高于两对照组。有效率分别为91.7%、95%、90%,除症状疗效外,与两对照组差别无显著性。结论:从疮疡论治慢性前列腺炎疗效确切,值得借鉴和进一步研究、推广。

Objection ： To object the clinical efficiency of chronic prostatitis treated by Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from ulcer and sore theory. Methods： 180 patients were randomly divided into the groups treated from ulcer and sore theory （treatment group） , the group treated from damp - heat theory and the group treated fi＇om Blood - stasis theory （control group）. For the treatment group was separately treated by prescription of Qianliexian xiaodu, Qianliexian jiedu and Qianliexian fuzheng, combined with oral antibiotics. The control group was separately treated by prescription of Modified Bazhengsan and Qianliexiantang. The results are observed after 6 months of treatment. Results： For the total effect, symptomatic effect and laboratory examination, the rate of cure was 37% , 40% and 38% in treatment group respectively. Effective rate was seprately 91.7% , 95% and 90%. All were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion： Treating chronic prostatitis by Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from ulcer and sore theory has the obvious curative effect. It was worth to study and extend further.
