通过对《医门擥要》中附子方药运用的特点进行分析探讨,反映明代云南省著名医药学家兰茂对张仲景学术思想的传承与发展,结合与云南四大名医吴佩衡的学术观点和用药经验进行比较,发现两位名家在云南对附子方药运用的某些共同特征,充分体现出鲜明的地方特色,并且两位名家又各有发挥,给后人以多方面的启迪。

The article reflects LAN Mao, a famous who carried on and develoned ZHANG Zhong -jing＇s thought Preparata in Yimenlanyao. Compareing with WU Pei -heng the medical thought and clinical experience, we can found person of TCM of Ming dynasty in Yunnan Provience, by analyzing the application of Radix Aconiti Lateralis one of the four famous persons of TCM in Yunnan in the same characters in using Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata both the two famous persons. It embodies adequately the distinctive local style, and the two famous persons had individual ideas that brought many enlightenment for us. It is worth researching deeply.
