湿热处理对PTT/PET自卷曲纤维卷曲性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 PTT/PET自卷曲纤维拥有三维螺旋、永久性的卷曲,赋予其纱线及织物较好的卷曲弹性伸长及卷曲回复性能。湿热处理可以消除PTT/PET织物成形过程中的残余变形和内应力,发挥PTT/PET自卷曲纤维较好的卷曲伸长回复性能,使织物获得柔软的手感和良好的尺寸稳定性。通过分析湿热处理温度和时间对自卷曲纤维的外观卷曲形态、卷曲性能的影响,确定处理条件为80℃、20min时,自卷曲纤维的卷曲性能较好,并通过正交分析得出处理温度比处理时间对纤维卷曲性能的影响更为显著的结论。 The very good elastic recovery property comes crimp fiber. Therefore self-crimp fiber is best from the helical and permanent crimp of the PTT/PET selfused and the fabric has soft hand and dimensional stability. While the residual deformation and internal stress was generated in the weaving process which can be eliminated by wet heat treatment. In the article the effect of the temperature and time of wet treatment on the configuration is analyzed, the crimp and elasticity of self-crimp fiber before and after treatment. The results show that the proper wet treatment condition is 80℃ and 20 minutes. And the effect of temperature is more prominent than time by using the significance analysis.
