纺织企业袋式除尘器效率影响因素及参数选择

Study of bag filter design parameters in textile industry

针对目前一些纺织企业袋式除尘器设计参数选择不当,除尘效率不佳的现状,介绍了袋式除尘器的原理、特点及在纺织行业的应用。分析了袋式除尘器的主要设计参数对除尘效率和安全可靠运行的影响,提出了主要设计参数的选择和计算方法。

Consideration of the fact that design parameter choosing is not proper of some texile industry bag filter and its filter efficiency is not perfect nowadays, the principle and characteristics of bag filter, as well as its use in texile industry are introduced. The influxes relationship between bag filter main design parameters and its filter efficiency as well as its running safely and reliably are studied also. The choice and design methods of main parameters about bag filter are presented.
