保护腹膜透析残余肾功能的策略

摘要 残余肾功能(RRF)是指肾组织受损后尚健存肾单位的残留功能。腹膜透析(PD)较血液透析(HD)的优势在于保护RRF的缓慢下降。保护RRF不仅有利于维持水电解质平衡,而且有利于改善贫血和营养状况,降低心脑血管事件的发生率。多项研究均提示RRF能够预测透析患者的病死率。因此,在减少并发症及预测PD患者预后方面,维持RRF较PD治疗本身所起的作用更大,因而越来越多的专家开始重视PD患者RRF的保护。
