正常与氟中毒动物模型骨生物力学性质实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究正常与氟中毒动物模型骨的拉伸、压缩、弯曲、冲击、扭转、剪切力学性质,为临床提供生物力学参数。方法复制氟中毒动物模型,取动物模型和正常对照组动物股骨、胫骨、肱骨,进行生物力学性质实验。结果得出了对照组和实验组动物骨的拉伸、压缩、弯曲、剪切、最大载荷、最大应力、最大应变等,得出对照组和实验组动物骨的扭转最大扭矩、扭转角、扭转切应力,还得出了对照组和实验组动物骨冲击功、冲击韧性指标。结论氟中毒骨各项力学性能指标显著下降,氟中毒对骨的力学性能具有一定的影响。 Objective To study the biomechanical nature of tensile, compression, bending, impact and reverse on the animal model of bone between the normal and fluorine poisoning animals, providing biomechacs parameters for the clinical. Methods To copy model of the fluorosis animals, take the femur, tibia and humerus from the group of animal models and the group of normal control ,then do experiment of biomechanical nature. Results To get the tensile,compression, bending,shear, the maximum load,maximum stress,maximum strain and so on of the animals'bone between the control group and experimental group, got maximum torque of reverse,reverse angle and the shear stress of reversing between the control group and experimental group, also got the impact energy and the toughness indicators of the bone between the control group and experimental group. Conclusions The mechanical properties of bone of fluorosis decreased significantly, fluorosis have a certain degree of influence on the mechanical properties of bone.
