局麻下输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管中下段结石(附136例报告)

Ureteroscopy and pneumatic lithotripsy for treatment of middle and distal ureteral calculi under intra-ureter local anesthesia (Report of 136 cases)

目的:探讨输尿管腔内局部麻醉下使用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管中下段结石可行性。方法:输尿管腔内注入局麻药物配合术前辅助用药,进行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管中下段结石136例,对疼痛评分,手术耐受性及手术成功率进行分析。结果:本组136例患者中,一次手术成功130例,占95.6%;麻醉耐受132例,占98%。结论:输尿管腔内局麻配合术前辅助用药,方法简便、安全、可行。

Objective：To assess the feasibility of ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotripsy（PL） in treating middle and distal ureteral calculi under intra ureter local anesthesia. Methods：From May 2005 to April 2007, 136 cases of middle and distal ureteric stone were treated by ureteroscopy and pneumatic lithotripsy（PL） under intra ureter local anesthetic, the clinical data, including pain grade, operation tolerance and achievement ratio, were analyzed retro spectively. Results=Among 136 cases, 130 cases（95.6%） were succeeded in one operative session and 132 cases （98%） tolerated procedure well under the local anesthesia. Conclusions： We concluded that Ureteroscopy and pneumatic lithotripsy for treatment of middle and distal ureteral calculi under intra ureter local anesthesia were well tolerated by most of the patients, the method is simple,safe and practible.
