缝隙连接与勃起功能障碍的研究 被引量:1

摘要 缝隙连接(Gapjunction,GJ)是细胞之间的主要通讯方式之一,阴茎海绵体平滑肌中含有大量缝隙连接蛋白Cx43,在海绵体收缩与舒张的协调性过程中起着关键作用,调节着阴茎海绵体的舒缩,参与阴茎勃起的调控,很多疾病影响着连接蛋白的表达,进而引起勃起功能障碍。
