Calbindin-D28k与肌动蛋白在培养人牙乳头细胞中的共定位

摘要 目的:观察Calbindin-D28k与肌动蛋白在体外培养人牙乳头细胞中的共定位情况。方法:采用细胞培养技术和免疫荧光双标记结合激光共聚焦显微镜技术对体外培养人牙乳头细胞中Calbindin-D28k与肌动蛋白进行检测。结果:Calbindin-D28k与肌动蛋白在培养人牙乳头细胞中均有表达,且染色均主要位于胞浆,Calbindin-D28k较肌动蛋白更具普遍性,胞核偶有弱阳性。二者的共定位只发生于核周及近核胞浆,其范围和密度在细胞之间有所差异。结论:Calbindin-D28k与肌动蛋白可能通过相互作用来行使某些特定功能。 Objective: To observe the co-localization of Calbindin-D28k and actin in cultured human dental papilla cells. Method: Examine Calbindin-D28k and actin in vitro cultured human dental papilla cells by double immunollueorescence combined with laser scan confocal microscope technique. Result: Both Calbindin-D28k and actin were mainly distributed in the cytoplasm of the cell,with Calbindin-D28k being more universal than actin, Co-localization of the two proteins only occurred around the nucleus, but its extention in the cytoplasm and density of labelling varied from cell to cell. Conclusion: Calbindin-D28k and actin may be related through certain mechanisms and co-operate in dentin formation.
